  • Do you restock designs and items that are out of stock?
    Yes! We make every effort to replenish our top-selling designs regularly. However, if you have a specific item in mind, please don't hesitate to contact us at orders@threadsthattestify.com, and we'll gladly assist you! If an item is going to be discontinued, we will mark it with a ribbon/banner on the image and in the description stating that it is "last call" and/or "discontinued".
  • The item I would like to buy is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?
    Unfortunately we are unable to provide an exact timeframe for restocking due to high product turnover and potential shipping delays. If you wish to receive a notification when the items are back in stock, enter your email on the product page and you will be the first to know when we have it back in stock. We make every effort to keep as many items in stock as possible, but we prioritize high-demand item, so using the 'notify me' feature helps us determine demand for an item.
  • Does Threads That Testify offer free shipping?
    Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States that reach the required purchase amount. Our free shipping option normally takes 5-7 business days for delivery. We are committed to ensuring that our customers can enjoy our high-quality and stylish clothing without having to worry about additional shipping costs. *We currently do not offer free shipping on international orders.
  • Where is my order?
    Please check your inbox for your order confirmation email which includes tracking information for your Threads That Testify package. If you don't see it in your inbox, please also check your spam/junk folder. You may also check your order status by logging into your www.threadsthattestify.com account. Please note, for sticker-only packages, we do not offer tracking as we ship them via a regular envelope to help save on shipping costs.   • Holiday Shipping Times
    We typically experience high volumes of orders during the holiday season, largely due to your outstanding support. Rest assured, we are putting in maximum effort to ensure that your order reaches you in time for Christmas. Kindly note that typically we ship orders out within 1-3 days of being ordered; however, during periods of high order volume, an order may take up to a week before it is shipped out from our warehouse. Orders placed with expedited shipping via 2nd Day Air or faster are prioritized and are typically processed within 24 hours. Additionally, please be aware that the shipping time provided during checkout is an estimate and does not include the processing period. To guarantee delivery by Christmas, orders must be placed by December 18th with the 2nd Day Air shipping option. We utilize UPS and USPS for shipping, and due to high volume, shipping times may be longer than expected. Please factor in this additional shipping time. While we strive for timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee arrival times if unforeseen circumstances cause delays, such as address inaccuracies, inclement weather, postal backlogs, etc. International shipments are subject to customs, duties, and postal service issues beyond our control, making delivery times unpredictable.
  • I only ordered stickers, can I track my order?
    Unfortunately, tracking information isn't available for sticker orders since they are shipped in envelopes. If you haven't received your order within 2 weeks, please feel free to contact us at orders@threadsthattestify.com, and we'll be more than happy to assist you!
  • How can I track my order?
    If your order consists solely of stickers or small decals, please note that tracking information is not provided as they are shipped via an envelope. If your order does not reach you within 2 weeks of placing it, please reach out to us at orders@threadsthattestify.com, and we'll gladly assist you. All other orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of being placed, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email containing your tracking details.   • How much does shipping cost?
    All orders shipping within the U.S. that are over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on a combination of shipping method, size, weight, and distance. The shipping calculator tool at the checkout is the most accurate way to check your shipping costs. Please note that standard shipping for U.S. orders typically takes 2-5 business days, while international shipping may vary between 7 to 40 business days. Kindly keep in mind that the above-mentioned timelines exclude the 24-48 hours required for our warehouse to process and pack your order upon receipt. Thank you for your understanding.
  • My package was returned to sender! What now?
    While we are not responsible for customers entering an incorrect address, we can certainly help by shipping your package to the correct mailing address or providing a refund for your order.* Rest assured, you will only be charged for the shipping cost incurred. They can still be re-shipped to the correct address at the customers expense.
  • My package tracking information shows that it has been delivered, but I have not received it. What can I do?
    Please ensure that your current mailing address perfectly matches the one on your order confirmation email. Occasionally, USPS or UPS package will mark a package as delivered a day or two early. If you have waited for two days without receiving it, please confirm that no other members of your household has received it as sometimes packages can be misplaced or set aside unintentionally. For those residing in apartment complexes or condos, make sure to ask your rental office as carriers may have left your package there if it couldn't fit in your mailbox. In the case that you're still unable to locate your package, consider reaching out to your local post office with your tracking number for further assistance. Sometimes, they may have additional information or might be holding your package for you.   • Does Threads That Testify offer international shipping?

  • Can Threads That Testify create custom apparel for my church, business, organization or event?
    Possibly! At this time we do accept orders for custom merch on a case-by-case basis. It is best to reach out to us at custom@threadsthattestify.com to discuss your needs in detail. 1. The cost of materials must be paid upfront on all custom orders. 2. Once finalized and paid for, no alterations can be made to custom orders. This includes the designs, sizes, quantities ordered, colors, etc. No exceptions. 3. All custom orders are final with no returns/exchanges. If you are interested in carrying/reselling off the shelf Threads That Testify merch in your business, church, or organization, please reach out to us at wholesale@threadsthattestify.com.
  • How much does a custom order cost?
    The cost of each order will depend on what services are being performed, the type of garment, etc. It is best to reach out to us at custom@threadsthattestify.com for an accurate estimate.* Please not that custom orders are not processed until they are paid for. Additionally, once paid for custom orders cannot be altered or returned.
  • My item has been damaged or broken. What can I do?
    No problem! We verify that nothing leaves our warehouse in a broken/damaged condition. We are unable to control what happens during shipping and are not responsible for damages that occur in transport. We are committed to ensuring our customers are happy, so if you find yourself with a damaged item, please reach out to us at customerservice@threadsthattestify.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged item. If the packaging is damaged, please include picture or video of that as well. Just a few points to take note of: 1. For us to process a replacement, we need a photo of the damaged item. 2. Please be aware that we cannot replace items that have been altered in any manner. 3. Unfortunately, we are unable replace items that have been lost or stolen.

    Unfortunately, as a small business, we simply are unable to offer the price adjustments that larger corporate retailers have implemented. Our margins are razor thin due to the rising costs of our supplies and shipping, alongside inflation over the past year. Large retailers receive incredible discounts as they are able to negotiate very aggressive contracts and purchase supplies in massive quantities. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and support as we persist in aiding charities worldwide through your purchases.
