If you are interested in placing a bulk order(4 shirts or more), you may use this form.

HOW IT WORKS:
Each shirt is being sold for $20.
-10% of your total order will be given as a love offering PERSONALLY to the head pastor of your church, or church of your choosing. 
-10% of the total will be tithed back to my home church, Revival Today Church.
-1% of the total will be donated to Feed The Hungry to help nourish, educate, & preach the gospel to children in need all around the world.


SHIRTS:
The shirts used are comfortable BELLA + CANVAS, 100% premium cotton T-Shirts.
Sizes available range from XS (Extra Small) through 3X (Triple Extra Large).

*At this time, the only shirt color available is white.  


DEADLINE: 
Orders received BY SEPTEMBER 15th are guaranteed to be completed and shipped BEFORE OCTOBER 1st.
Orders received AFTER September 15th will be completed as soon as possible, but MAY ARRIVE AFTER October 8th.
