Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your items! To show that we stand behind the quality of our products, we offer refunds for up to 30 days after the ship date of your order. Refunded amounts can either be returned via your original payment method or you can opt to accept instant store credit. Please view our full Return Policy below for more information.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:

Thank you for joining the Threads That Testify community! We are a small business start up and we greatly appreciate your support in building our brand! In turn, we also want to support you the very best we can! To help accomplish this goal, we offer a 30-day window for returns, exchanges, & refunds.

*Please carefully review our policy below prior to reaching out to us requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

Returns:

All items being returned or exchanged must meet the following conditions, otherwise they may be subject to denial and may be shipped back to you minus shipping costs.
- Our return policy lasts for 30 days after the postmark/ship date of your order. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges or issue any refunds beyond that 30-day timeframe. We highly recommend inspecting your items and trying them on upon receiving them.
- Items must be CLEAN, in brand new condition, unwashed, and undried, with all original tags still attached.
- Items must not have excessive wrinkling.
- Items must be free of animal/human hair, dust, dirt, and lint.
- Items with any stains or strong odors, including those from detergents or cleaning products will not be accepted.
- With the exception of a defective item, we cannot accept returns on any drink-ware due to sanitary reasons.
- Books & literature: ALL PAGES must be CLEAN, free of any stains, water damage, tears, discoloration, writing, markings, highlights, creases/folds/dog-ears, or any other modification.

Additional Information:

Shipping costs apply to all returns. At this time we do not offer pre paid return labels
Once we receive your return, inspect the items, and approve your refund, the appropriate amount will be reimbursed to you via your original payment method within 7 business days, or you may opt for store credit that will be applied immediately if you so choose.
Please Note: Original shipping costs and tax on shipping will not be refunded on returned orders.

Exchange Requests:

If your product(s) meet the return conditions listed above, our team will process your exchange request based on stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss your options.
