Our Shipping Policies
We greatly appreciate your order and are working to get your items out to you as quickly as possible! Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Product launches, holidays, sales events, and other high volume events may increase processing and fulfillment time.
Please ensure your shipping address has been entered correctly as returned packages will be subject to an additional shipping fee. Packages that have been shipped to an incorrect address will not be refunded and a replacement order will not be sent out. If your order was returned to Threads That Testify, please email customerservice@threadsthattestify.com and we can discuss what your options are. In most cases, we can attempt to re-ship your order to a different address; however, there will be additional shipping charges associated with a reshipment.
Threads That Testify is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they are handed off to the carrier. We do our very best to ensure all orders are packed carefully and accurately; however, we have no control of any package once the carrier has taken possession of it. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

Domestic Shipping:
Packages shipped within the Continental US may take up to 10 days to be delivered depending on shipping method and location. If after 10 days you have not received your order, please email us at customerservice@threadsthattestify.com. If the tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or if the location is unknown, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
International Shipping:
Due to high shipping costs, we do not offer international returns at this time.
If you are located outside of the United States, your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, etc. These fees are not included in the shipping costs. It is the responsibly of the customer to be aware of these fees and pay them if needed. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. Threads That Testify has no control over any customs fees. International orders may take between 4-6 weeks to arrive via USPS first class shipping. Please allow this allotted time before inquiring about your order. Shipping times may also be negatively affected by current world events. If your order still has not arrived after 4-6 weeks, please email customerservice@threadsthattestify.com and we will do our best to help you locate your package.
